Q: Do we need to bring our own linens?
A: YES!! You must provide your own sheets, pillow, towels.
  Beds are twin size.

    Washers and dryers are available at no charge too.

Q: When (what time) is registration?
A: Registration times vary for camps. All times are listed in the confirmation packets.

Q: How many campers are allowed per room?
A: At Concordia the rooms are large enough to accommodate 2, 3 or 4 campers.
You choose!

Q: Do we send in the Medical/Insurance form?
A: Do NOT send the Medical/Insurance form. Bring this back-to-back form with you to camp.

Campers MUST have a completed medical form or they will NOT be allowed to participate.

Q: Does the WCSS provide medical insurance for campers?
A: Campers must provide proof of medical insurance in order to attend camp.

     This information is required on the medical form.

Q: When is the final payment for camp due?
A: If you made a partial $100 payment, your balance is due June 1st. Your final balance MUST be

     recorded 7 days prior to the beginning of your camp, or you will be required to bring a cash

     payment.

Q: What can you purchase at the camp store?
A: The WCSS has a Camp Clothing store that stocks a wide variety of T-shirts, jerseys, basketballs, water bottles, back     packs,
and shorts.  The store is normally open in the evening after the last session.  Rooms have

    microwaves and refrigerators. You can also order pizza at supper for 9:15pm delivery from Troy. 

Q: What age groups are the various "Scoring Camps" aimed at?
A: Regular Scoring Camp sessions are for players going into 6th and 7th grade. The Advanced Scoring

     camps are for players going into 8th and 9th. Varsity scoring camps are for players going into 10th,

     11th, and 12th grades. We spend the first 90 minutes evaluating and grouping so that your child

     is working and learning with players who are the similar in ability and experience.

Q: Do you have commuter prices?

A: Yes  Commuters do not pay a $12.50/night room fee or a $7.50/day breakfast fee.  Commuters need to be on

site by 8:15am and are picked up at 9:00pm.  We have commuter rooms in the dorms where campers can lounge between sessions.
